Mia has been singing all her life in a variety of genres and venues.

She sang in Chris Coogan’s Good News Gospel Choir in CT, and can be heard on the recording of Coogan’s gospel album Every Day I Wanna Praise You (2006). Mia was deeply affected and musically influenced by her experiences as a both a soloist in Good News and a professional worship leader on independent gigs with Coogan.

Jazz has also been a large part of Mia’s life. She has been a featured performer at Schwartz’s Point Jazz Club in Cincinnati, OH with jazz pianist and owner Ed Moss. The two of them created a jazz album called Seeing You in the summer of 2011.

As much as Mia enjoys the sensuous beauty of jazz and the boisterous joy of gospel, she will never turn down an opportunity to rock out. Since her move to New York City, Mia performed in the Rockers Anonymous concert at the Underground Lounge, belting out 90’s rock with STIRFRY MASSACRE.

She has studied voice with Kevin Connors, Patricia Linhart and Mary Henderson Stucky. Mia recorded an album of her Greatest Hits, spanning all musical genres, with accomplished pianist Julie Spangler at Sound Images Studios (Cincinnati). She also had the opportunity to work in the studio of the multi-instrumentalist, engineer, and composer Roger Klug. Mia and Roger recently created a playful multi-genre sampler of the Stanley Steemer jingle. Check out Mia’s new music on her Youtube channel and this media page!
